Who We Are…
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here! The Drift Prairie Farm is located in Northeastern North Dakota approximately 60 miles from the borders of Canada and Minnesota. “Drift Prairie” is derived from the geological region where we are located, between the Red River Valley and the Missouri Coteau. The farm is a true labor of love and it has been a joy to watch the property and business evolve over the past 10 years. Everything grown on the farm is started by us from seed, and that's why our motto is “From Seed To Bloom!” All natural products and environmentally friendly practices have always been the foundation we wanted to build on, while being advocates of fresh local produce, small businesses, and rural lifestyles. Follow along for updates on all of the crops, creatures, and creations up here on the northern border!

Looking for a gift for someone special, or just want to treat yourself? Look no further than a bouquet subscription! Want to celebrate a special occasion or just remind someone that you’re thinking of them? We can help! Need arrangements for a birthday party, bridal shower, or other special event? We have you covered! Everything from bud vases to large bouquets available. (Local delivery will be included in pricing.)
Salves & Balms
$5 - $12 (Shipping Available)
Our salves and balms are made in small batches right here on the farm. Herbs and flowers used are grown by us and never sprayed with pesticides or chemicals of any kind. All natural ingredients, including locally sourced beeswax from the owners of the bee boxes on our land.
Dried Floral Creations
(Shipping Available On Select Items)
We plan ahead each season and make sure to grow enough flowers that we can provide fresh florals during bloom time while still hanging plenty up to dry in the flower cottage and filling the flower presses to the brim! Various wreath styles, floral frames, seasonal ornaments, and other creations are always evolving. Custom requests are an option as well! We are happy to dry or press your special arrangements!
Seasonal Produce

We offer a variety of seasonal garden vegetables throughout the summer. You can usually find us at the local farmers market with the weekly harvest! We will post updates when we have an excess of produce.
Seedlings
(Local Delivery Or Pick Up Only)
Most of our seedlings are reserved for farm production, but we are happy to provide vegetable and flower starts in small quantities. This is a first come first served basis. If there is something specific you are interested in please reach out or make requests prior to January 1st of each year. This gives us plenty of time to place our seed order for the season!
Farm Fresh Eggs

When our feathered flock is in full production mode we have more eggs than we can keep up with! We typically have fresh eggs available throughout the summer.
